The "CDP Plate" is a wear-resistant steel plate that has been hardened using an open arc welding method with a 2.8mm cored wire manufactured by Yutec Japan Co., Ltd. The hardened layer is a structure that contains a large amount of fine chromium carbide within an eutectic matrix. This very hard overlay layer demonstrates excellent durability against abrasion and erosion wear, making it suitable for protective measures in areas subjected to severe sediment wear.
